    A: The headquarters is in Haining, Zhejiang province, and our company has six production base located respectively in Haining Zhejiang (headquarter), Huzhou Zhejiang, Xingtai Hebei, Tianchang Anhui, Chengdu Sichuan, and Dongguan Guangdong.
  • Q: In which country/region do you sell your products?

    A: Our products are sold to more than 49 countries and regions, mainly in Europe, Asia, and China.
  • Q: How do I get products from Pando for catering services?

  • Q: Is Pando’s latest product Green E Cup recyclable?

    A: Yes, it is recyclable. We have obtained recyclable certificates by PTS, so you can throw the cup into a recyclable bin after using it.
  • Q: What kind of paper do you use?

    A: The paper used in our paper cup products is made of sustainable forests.
  • Q: Have your PLA cups obtained certification for compostable products?

    A: Yes, our PLA products have obtained TUV Austria, Din Certo, and BPI certifications.
  • Q: How long does it take for the delivery of mass-produced products?

    A: Generally, the delivery time for mass-produced products is about 45 days after the sample is confirmed.
  • Q: How long does it take to ship the goods from China to foreign ports?

    A: The shipping time varies from country to country. It is about 35-45 days for Europe and 15-30 days for Asia.
  • Q: Can I design custom artwork?

    A: Yes, if you want to design your artwork with Adobe software, please contact us so that we can provide you with the correct template and guidance.
  • Q: How long will it take for me to receive my customized printed samples?

    A: Generally, it takes about 2-3 weeks.
  • Q: What file format do you use?

    A: If you provide your artwork, we accept Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or editable PDF files.
  • Q: How do you make sure that the color of a sample is correct?

    A: We will ask you to provide a Pantone code or color sample to ensure that the color is followed as expected.
  • Q: Do you charge a sample fee?

    A: Yes, we will charge a sample fee, please contact us for specific fees.
